Youth Care Worker with a Difference

As a Residential Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in promoting the well-being and development of our service users, helping them overcome emotional, behavioral, and complex interpersonal challenges.
**About the Role:**
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a therapeutic setting that emphasizes empowerment, creativity, and collaboration. As a Residential Support Professional, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters positive relationships and encourages our service users to take ownership of their lives. Your primary focus will be on supporting the development of our young people, helping them build confidence, self-esteem, and life skills that will benefit them in the long term.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote a culture of respect and inclusivity within the therapeutic home environment
**Requirements:**
- Experience in residential childcare or a related field (preferable)
- Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Valid UK driver's license (company vehicle provided)
- Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
