**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Youth Care Worker who can provide exceptional care and support to young people with emotional, behavioral, and complex interpersonal needs. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our service users, promoting their independence, and empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives. Your expertise will help us deliver a tailored approach to care, focusing on each individual's unique needs and strengths.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans and achieve set goals
- Facilitate daily living activities, educational sessions, and therapeutic interventions as needed
- Contribute to a culture of respect and inclusivity within the therapeutic home environment

**Essential Qualifications and Skills:**
- Relevant experience in residential childcare or a related field (preferable)
- Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Valid UK driver's license (company vehicle provided)
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends
