About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Family Support Professional to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for young children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Manual Driver Licence: Possess a full UK manual driver licence, allowing you to transport children safely and efficiently.
  • Residential Experience: Have experience working in a residential childcare environment, with a preference for those holding a Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Be willing to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to meet the needs of our children and families.
