Therapeutic Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team at Branas Isaf Children\u2019s Service. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualised support and care to young people, promoting their emotional and behavioural well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans.
- Support young people in their daily lives, including education, therapy, and leisure activities.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting positive relationships and a sense of community.
Requirements
- Experience in residential childcare or a related field.
- Level 3 Children\u2019s and Young People\u2019s qualification or equivalent.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
