About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Children's Residential Care team at CareTech Group. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our young people to thrive in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of carers to provide high-quality care and support to young people
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our young people
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the overall well-being of our young people
- Contribute to the development of our young people through education and life skills training
- Monitor and maintain high standards of care and safety in the residential setting
Requirements
- 1 year's experience in residential childcare with a Level 3 Children and Young People Award or equivalent
- Experience of working within and leading a team
- Driver's license (company car provided during working hours)
- Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends)
- Willing to be part of the on-call system
