Senior Leader in Children's Care

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as a Children's Home Registered Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a residential children's home in Cheshire.
Key Responsibilities:- To lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
- To ensure high standards of care and support are maintained
- To work closely with staff to achieve this goal
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards it
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or above home
- In-depth knowledge of current legislation related to children's homes
- A competitive salary of £50,000 per year, plus various bonuses
