About the Role:- Provide senior leadership and management to our Children's Homes in Oswestry
- Ensure high-quality care and support services are delivered in accordance with Ofsted standards
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current legislation and regulatory requirements
- Lead and manage a team of staff members
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare)
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated 'Good' or above home
- Experience working with children and young people aged 16+
- Estimated Salary: £50,000 per year
