Care Support Specialist

At Cera Care, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team in Oswestry. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes.
What we're looking for:
- A kind and empathetic individual with a passion for supporting others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights

About the role:
As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
