About the Role
As a Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centered care and support to residents with varying levels of need. This will involve assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, personal care, and administering medication. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean living environment, responding to emergency situations, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Benefits
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £22,500 per annum, paid carer's leave, comprehensive training, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme. You will also enjoy flexible working hours, including shift patterns from 06:45 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 22:00.
