Digital Marketing Specialist

Lincat, a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Digital Executive to join its team. Based in Lincoln, UK, the company supplies products to commercial kitchens globally through a network of distributors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies across key platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to engage with the target audience and generate leads.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media to ensure relevant content and techniques.
- Collaborate with the R&D, sales, and culinary teams to create engaging content for all channels, including videos.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company website to maximize return.
- Monitor site analytics and make recommendations to the Group Marketing Manager.
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns, including web copy, electronic newsletters, literature, and event materials.
- Work closely with the CRM team to maintain and update the customer relationship management system.
- Analyse sales data and provide marketing insights to inform business decisions.
- CIM or marketing qualification.
- Highly creative mind with the ability to develop innovative ideas.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and email marketing platforms.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
