About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Digital Executive to join our team at Lincat Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting and promoting our company's marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Plan, create, and optimize content to maximize reach and engagement.
    • Generate leads for sales follow-up and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Marketing Campaigns
    • Design and execute marketing campaigns, including web copy, electronic newsletters, literature, and event materials.
    • Collaborate with the R&D, sales, and culinary teams to create engaging and inspiring content for all channels, including videos.
  • Website Development
    • Assist in the development of our website to maximize return on investment.
    • Ensure technical issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
    • Monitor site analytics and provide recommendations to the Group Marketing Manager.
  • Marketing Materials
    • Develop electronic newsletters, literature, and event materials.
    • Create detailed marketing briefs for new product introductions.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Maintain and update the CRM system as required.
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze sales data using data mining software.
    • Research and report on competitor products, pricing, and activities.
    • Monitor distribution partner websites and identify opportunities.
    • Conduct end-user research, including site visits and surveys.
    • Develop new product development ideas and briefs.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Assist with organizing and manning internal and external events.
    • Liaise with external bodies, such as marketing agencies and translation agencies.
    • Deputize for the Marketing Manager as required.
    Requirements
    • CIM or marketing qualification.
    • Highly creative mind and ability to develop ideas.
    • Strong project management and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
    • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation.
    • Good numeracy skills.
    • Good planning, coordination, and teamwork skills.
    • Confident and outgoing personality.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is an advantage.
    • Video creation skills.
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new company data systems, including CRM, data mining software, and ERP systems.
