About the Role
Lincat, a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Digital Executive to join its team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting and promoting the company's marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media and Content Creation
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with our target audience and increase brand awareness.
- Plan, create, and optimize content for maximum reach and return, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content decisions.
- Marketing Campaigns and Communications
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote new products, services, and company initiatives.
- Develop and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various channels, including videos, email newsletters, and event materials.
- Marketing Materials and Asset Management
- Develop and maintain a library of marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets, and case studies.
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports to the marketing manager on campaign performance, social media metrics, and other key marketing metrics.
- Other Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and executing internal and external events, such as trade shows and product launches.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
- Perform other duties as required to support the marketing team.
Requirements
- Qualifications and Experience
- CIM or marketing qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a digitally focused marketing role.
- Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and email marketing platforms, such as MailChimp or Campaign Monitor.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new marketing tools and technologies.
