Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner - Digital Learning Specialist to join our team at Lincoln College Group. As a key member of our learning and teaching community, you will play a vital role in promoting, modelling, and securing exceptional digital and enhanced technological learning, assessment, and teaching across our provision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality digital and enhanced technological content used in teaching and assessment, ensuring excellent outcomes for learners.
- Foster innovation by piloting and monitoring new e-learning materials and resources with high-performing teachers, with a view to successful rollout across the College.
- Support assistant principals and curriculum leads in their use of labour market intelligence and the Pro-Resource financial planning tool to inform curriculum planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver professional development opportunities that enhance teachers' skills and confidence in using digital technologies.
- Contribute to the development of College-wide strategies and policies related to digital learning and teaching.
