Job Title: Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our team at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and complex decision-making skills. They will work independently to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with undiagnosed and undifferentiated conditions, using specialist knowledge and skills to provide healthcare autonomously.

The post holder will be accountable for independent clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, and will be responsible for promoting clinical excellence in the care of patients presenting to their area. They will provide clinical advice and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, and will be expected to hold an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent at MSc level.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with undiagnosed and undifferentiated conditions
  • Provide clinical advice and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
  • Promote clinical excellence in the care of patients presenting to their area
Requirements
  • Recognised Advanced Clinical Practice Qualifications at Masters Level
  • Proven and Current Experience in Urgent care/Emergency Medicine Setting
  • Evidence of Recent Professional Development in the past year and demonstration of seeking & undertaking autonomous learning & Development Opportunities
  • Ability to identify Training needs in other Health Care professionals and formulate detailed teaching plans
