About the Role

This is a 5-day week position requiring you to be on-site at one of two hospitals: Royal Gwent or The Grange United Hospital. You will be part of a team that works closely with the multi-disciplinary team, using an outcome-focused, person-centered approach to complex case work.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare services, social work principles, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. They must also have excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months experience working in the UK as a registered social worker.
  • Relevant Social Work Qualification.
  • Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England.
  • Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or willing to apply for a DBS.
  • 3 Years of referencing.
  • Driving license with access to a car.
