Job Description: Pupil Progress Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Pupil Progress Coordinator to join our team at Folkestone Girls School.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and recording pupil progress, identifying areas where students may need additional support, and working with teachers to develop strategies to address these needs.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop targeted interventions and support plans
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to teachers
  • Support the development of a data-driven approach to teaching and learning
