We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Secondary Teacher to join our team at Brookthorpe Hall School, a specialist provision for students aged 7 to 16 with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching students with challenging behaviour and a proven track record of delivering innovative and engaging learning experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate SEN Secondary Teacher who wants to make a meaningful contribution to the education and well-being of our students.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality teaching to support the delivery of KS3 and 4 curricula in ways that cater to the unique needs of our students.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status and have a background of teaching in an SEN/ASC environment.
- Stay abreast of current education issues and best practices in relation to SEN teaching.
- Have a solid understanding of strategies to manage SEMH/ASD and promote positive behaviour in the classroom.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- A highly competitive salary range £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
