About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting pupils with Autism and a minimum of one year's experience in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1:1 support to a pupil in Year 2 who has been diagnosed with Autism and is non-verbal.
  • Developing and implementing personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of the pupil.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • At least one year's experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of Autism and its impact on learning.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized learning plans.

Location:

Newham

Salary: £90-120 per day (full-time)
