Classroom Leader Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and innovative classroom leader to join our team at Prospero Teaching Careers. As a Classroom Leader for SEMH Pupils, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to a class of pupils with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs and additional associated Learning Difficulties.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop effective strategies to support pupil progress.
- Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, paid to scale (M1-UPS3). Additionally, you will benefit from a permanent contract, a maximum class size of 8 students, and significant support from Teaching/Learning Support Assistants.
