We are seeking an experienced Executive Headteacher to lead and inspire multiple SEMH independent schools across North Lincolnshire. This strategic and operational leader will shape school vision, implement goals, and drive excellence.

Your Role as Education Leader:
  1. Establish and implement policies that drive outstanding education for all pupils.
  2. Maintain multi-site management expertise.
  3. Lead by example with clear values and moral purpose.
  4. Collaborate with the Education Director to foster a culture of achievement across schools.
  5. Monitor teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a passion for inclusion and SEND, proven independent school leadership expertise, and be ready to make a transformative impact across schools.
