Support Staff for SEMH Pupils

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school or specialist teaching facility in Swansea. As a key member of our support staff, you will work one-to-one with pupils who have social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) related challenges.
">Main Responsibilities- Providing individualised support to pupils with SEMH needs.
- Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to develop and implement individualised plans.
- Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and behaviour.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils in the classroom and beyond.
- A minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics is required.
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
- The ability to pass enhanced DBS checks and eligibility to work in the UK.
- A competitive daily rate of £75-£90 per day, depending on experience.
- Access to free or subsidised CPD courses, including ALN specific training, safeguarding, and behaviour management.
- Dedicated consultants for ongoing support and career advice.
- Flexible working opportunities, including day-to-day, part-time, and full-time positions.
Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour week.
