We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Contact Center Engineer to join our team in the UK.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with CCaaS platforms, software development, and cloud communications. They will be responsible for designing and implementing complex contact center applications, managing project initiatives, and collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement CCaaS solutions for enterprise clients
  • Manage project initiatives and address digital transformation goals
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering
  • 10+ years' experience in contact center and UC environments
  • 5+ years of experience with software architecture and design
  • Strong technical skills, including programming languages and network infrastructure
