About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Commercial to join our team at Plum Fintech. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy and growth across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion across Europe.
  • Lead the development of pricing strategies for our savings and investment products, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market trends.
  • Oversee the scaling of our business in France and Greece, two key markets for our expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Take a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging market research and competitor analysis to inform commercial strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to drive commercial growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in owning and growing PnL of key B2C products, with a strong understanding of commercial and pricing strategies.
  • Experience in a B2C strong Product-centric setting, with a deep understanding of pricing economic fundamentals and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of hiring and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Impact-driven, with a self-starter mindset and a passion for driving business growth and expansion.
