Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of the NIHR office. This includes managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs for office facilities, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and organising company records, handling document filing, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

In addition, you will assist managers and teams with administrative needs, prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed, and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong organisational and multitasking ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite and scheduling tools.
