Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Drive sales of exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and event-related services to meet revenue targets, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads, targeting companies that align with the event's audience and objectives, using various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and industry research.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead the negotiation of contracts with sponsors, exhibitors, and clients, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and contract delivery.
  • Collaboration with Event Teams: Work closely with event management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met and aligned with event logistics and branding strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to better position the event within the market, adjusting sales approaches based on evolving market conditions and client needs.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly track sales performance, generate reports, and present forecasts to management, utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage client data, sales progress, and event pipelines.
