Drive Sales Success at Easyfairs
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team at Easyfairs. This role is an excellent opportunity for you to utilize your sales skills, build lasting relationships, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year's successful outbound B2B telesales experience, fluency in Dutch or Flemish (a high advantage), and Microsoft Office proficiency. As a key player in our sales team, your ability to communicate effectively, adapt to changing situations, and demonstrate resilience will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Drive sales of exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and event-related services to meet revenue targets, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads, targeting companies that align with the event's audience and objectives, using various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and industry research.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead the negotiation of contracts with sponsors, exhibitors, and clients, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and contract delivery.
- Collaboration with Event Teams: Work closely with event management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met and aligned with event logistics and branding strategies.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to better position the event within the market, adjusting sales approaches based on evolving market conditions and client needs.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly track sales performance, generate reports, and present forecasts to management, utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage client data, sales progress, and event pipelines.
