**Description**

Sutton Winson Ltd are looking for a confident and talented individual to support our Commercial claims team with administration in Twickenham. You will be pivotal to ensuring the smooth running of both departments and essential in creating a smooth customer journey.

As an Administrator within our commercial claims department, you will be responsible for:

- Loading new claims on to the system, running reports and keeping the system updated (full training provided)
- Creating meeting notes and preparing documents for client meetings / internal meetings when required
- Producing insurer service standard feedback reports
- Monitoring and actioning team members tasks/diaries on their behalf
- General booking of meetings / organising social events
- Additional general ad-hoc admin tasks

**Skills & Experience**

Must Haves
- Great organisational and attention to detail skills
- Confident working autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent telephone manner / communication skills
- Pro-active attitude
- Good computer skills including typing and competent across MS Office

Nice to have, but not essential
- Previous administration experience
- Experience of using the Acturis broking system (full training provided)
