Job Title: Financial Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer/Administrator to join our expanding team in South West London. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager with weekly payroll administration and preparation.

  1. Weekly Payroll Administration: Assist with the preparation of payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Liaising with Outsourced Provider: Liaise with our outsourced payroll provider to resolve any queries or issues.

To be considered suitable for this role, you will need previous experience in a Payroll Specialist/Payroll Administrator/Payroll Officer role, along with knowledge of payroll processing, holiday calculations, and pension administration.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have experience of handling salary adjustments.

Estimated Salary: £34,000 plus benefits.
