Rural Estate Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to solicitors
- Manage case files, prepare legal documents, and facilitate communication with clients and third parties
- Handle diary management, scheduling, and general office duties
- Assist with client correspondence and document preparation
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a legal secretary or assistant, preferably in private client or residential property law
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in legal software and MS Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
