Administrative Assistant

The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Partner and to assist with the daily operation of client servicing. In this role you will be working directly with the Partner at a highly respected Appointed Representativeof St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc.
The company provides bespoke financial services to executives, managers and entrepreneurs.
Your role will be to support the Partner in the ongoing running of the business
The day to day role includes but is not limited to the following
- Dealing with general client queries - such as requests for account related documentation
- New business processing
- Data entry
- Liaising with 3rd party providers
- Supporting business submission
- Case pipeline tracking - liaising with Adviser to identify any issues
- My Practice requests - updating client personal details, withdrawals, client transfers etc. - Online wealth account registration
- Manage any outsourced Paraplanning cases
- Prepare client meeting packs when required
- Advice set creation
- Conduct LOA process
The salary range is £20,000 to £28,000 depending on relevant experience and other factors.
