About the Job

The Advocate Group is currently working with a leading UK-based food company that is looking for a Senior International Sales Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global brand and contribute to its continued growth and success.

Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in international sales management.
  • Proven track record of managing international distributors.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills, with the ability to manage up and down.
  • Strong numerical and commercial skills, with the ability to identify and negotiate opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial drive and be able to challenge themselves effectively to produce exceptional results. They will also be able to contribute to the development of annual strategy plans and provide recommendations based on experience.
