About the Role

This 12 month fixed-term contract involves handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, resolving customer complaints effectively, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a customer service role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
