Job Title: Vehicle Design Bespoke Programme Lead

Job Summary:

Caresoft Global Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Programme Lead to join our Creative Chapter team. As a key member of our Vehicle Design Programme Management Team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our Design Vision from concept to production with efficiency and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of programmes, ensuring all activities are in-line with creative and business priorities, PCDS, and delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Marketing, Programme, and Engineering, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement Agile Ways of Working, including JIRA Scrum Master experience, to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including programme sponsors and team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering programmes and projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels and expertise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including JIRA Scrum Master experience, and a strong understanding of PCDS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a creative and collaborative environment, with a strong understanding of design principles and practices.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the automotive industry and its challenges.
  • Experience with programme management tools, including JIRA and Asana.
