About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with independent and small chain gyms in your region, ensuring Red Bull is available and visible in key locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional strategy to grow distribution in fitness outlets, aligning with the company's sports strategy and local trends.
  • Manage multiple operating groups and franchise groups, building joint business plans to unlock new distribution opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including shopper, brand, and field marketing, to implement regional activations and drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a database of fitness outlets, identifying opportunities to drive availability and visibility of Red Bull.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the National Sales Manager, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the fitness industry, with a strong understanding of the type of venues and how they operate.
  • Track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to build and present a compelling story with insight and commercial awareness.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel 80-90% of the time.
