Regional Account Executive - Sports & Fitness

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in the South of the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing distribution of our energy drink in the fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the fitness industry, including gym owners and managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase distribution and sales of Red Bull in the region.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the shopper team, brand team, and field marketing team, to execute regional activations and promotions.
  • Manage and optimize the contact matrix to drive maximum availability and visibility of Red Bull in the region.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the fitness industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel 80-90% of the time.
