Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in the South of the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with independent and small chain gyms in your region, ensuring Red Bull is available and visible in key locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a regional strategy to grow distribution in fitness outlets, aligning with the sports strategy set by the National Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at gyms, franchises, and operating groups, identifying opportunities to drive availability and visibility of Red Bull.
- Collaborate with the shopper team, brand team, and field marketing team to implement regional activations and make Red Bull top of mind in the fitness industry.
- Manage multiple operating groups and franchise groups, dealing with key decision-makers at a regional level, and building joint business plans to unlock new distribution.
- Utilize your passion and experience in the fitness industry to understand the type of venues you'll be working with and how they operate.
- Track record in achieving targets and skills in communication, negotiation, objection handling, and customer relationship management.
