Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Property Manager to join our team at Trinity Estates. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of developments across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage maintenance requests, including sourcing and monitoring contractors, to ensure works are of suitable quality and cost-effective.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure development information is produced and distributed as necessary, and work with customer-formed groups such as RAs, RMCs, and RTMs.
  • Conduct development inspections to ensure Trinity Estates management responsibilities are met, and source and manage competent tradespeople to undertake works across the portfolio.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety and industry legislation is adhered to, and complete monthly reporting accurately and on time.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience in the property sector.
  • AIRPM desirable, with a willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • Some knowledge of leasehold management would be advantageous.
  • A proven track record in customer services, including stakeholder management.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages, with excellent levels of English both oral and written.
  • Effective negotiation and client handling skills, with the ability to self-motivate and prioritize own workload.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car.
