Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our client's Whybrow branch. This is an exciting opportunity to grow the commercial property management side of the business.

Our client, Whybrow, is a reputable company with a strong presence in the commercial sector. With a history dating back to 1985, they have established a solid reputation and a prestigious client database.

The company operates across various property domains, including residential agency, commercial ventures, lettings, financial services, professional survey work, new builds, and land development. This integration presents an exceptional opportunity to leverage the group's extensive database of 130,000 contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Have an understanding and experience of relevant commercial legislation, including Landlord and Tenant Act law;
  • Have experience of commercial property software;
  • Undertake property inspections;
  • Manage works and contractors;
  • Track and chase rent collection and arrears;
  • Manage and reconcile service charges;
  • Maintain and fully update property records;

The main Whybrow office is based in Colchester. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Once fully competent in the role and after successfully completing the probation period, two days hybrid working will be available.
