Key Responsibilities
  • Have a thorough understanding of commercial legislation, including Landlord and Tenant Act law
  • Experience with commercial property software is essential
  • Conduct property inspections and manage works and contractors
  • Track and chase rent collection and arrears
  • Manage and reconcile service charges
  • Maintain and update property records
