We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our client's Whybrow branch. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving the commercial property management side of the business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Have a thorough understanding of relevant commercial legislation, including Landlord and Tenant Act law.
  • Experience with commercial property software is essential.
  • Conduct property inspections and manage works and contractors.
  • Track and chase rent collection and arrears.
  • Manage and reconcile service charges.
  • Maintain and update property records.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
