Job Title: Payroll/Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll/Recruitment Administrator to join our team at PEXA Group. As a key member of our employment agency, you will be responsible for supporting our consultants, branch manager, and MD with various duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment software databases and online job boards
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates
  • Respond to candidate applications via email and schedule interviews
  • Manage diaries and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and source CVs, as well as shortlist candidates
  • Handle inbound calls from clients and candidates
  • Perform general administration tasks, including auditing files
  • Manage social media and company marketing efforts
  • Scan and organize online files
  • Conduct visa and identification checks, as well as driving license checks
  • Manage front-of-house data and provide exceptional customer service
