Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll/Recruitment Administrator to join our team at PEXA Group. As a key member of our employment agency, you will be responsible for supporting our consultants, branch manager, and MD with various duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment software databases and online job boards
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates
- Respond to candidate applications via email and schedule interviews
- Manage diaries and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and source CVs, as well as shortlist candidates
- Handle inbound calls from clients and candidates
- Perform general administration tasks, including auditing files
- Manage social media and company marketing efforts
- Scan and organize online files
- Conduct visa and identification checks, as well as driving license checks
- Manage front-of-house data and provide exceptional customer service
