We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful HR Administrator to join our team at Nissan Dealers. As an integral part of our rapidly growing HR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administration of HR functions, including clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and team.
  • Compile and update employee personnel records, both in hard and soft copy formats.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities, such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and disciplinaries.
  • Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training, and surveys.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including absences, bonuses, leaves, and other relevant information.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Produce documented minutes for all necessary meetings conducted.
  • Provide support through tasks such as data entry and printing.

Performance Goals

  • Ensure that the company's processes comply with employment law.
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of human resource personnel files and records.
  • Compile and update employee records, both in hard and soft copy formats.
  • Assist the HR Manager and team with relevant tasks as and when required.
