- Documentation and Reporting: Process and prepare reports relating to personnel activities, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and disciplinaries.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate HR projects, such as meetings, training sessions, and surveys, to ensure successful outcomes.
- Payroll Support: Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including absences, bonuses, leaves, and other personnel-related information.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide support through tasks such as data entry, printing, and other administrative duties as required.
- Compliance: Ensure that the company's processes comply with employment law and regulations.
