Job Description

A leading recruitment agency, Adecco, is seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join their team. As a Payroll Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the payroll processes of two sister companies, ensuring accurate and timely payments for their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, review, and process timesheets and clocking in sheets submitted by employees.
  • Verify the accuracy of hours worked, overtime, and other relevant data.
  • Resolve discrepancies and issues related to timesheet submissions.
  • Input and maintain employee data in the payroll system.
  • Liaise with Umbrella companies regarding self-employed workers and their timesheet payments.

As a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for payroll administration, you will be responsible for maintaining seamless payroll processes. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team will be essential in this role.
