Requirements

  • Proven Track Record
    • Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Head of HR role within a fast-paced, growing hospitality or retail business.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • A degree and/or HR qualification (CIPD level 5 minimum) preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong experience in building and maintaining culture within rapidly growing organizations.
    • Ability to quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence.
    • Non-political approach and ability to work effectively at multiple organizational levels.
    • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
