About the Role


We are currently looking for a skilled administrative professional to join our team in Barnsley. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality support to our staff and contribute to the success of our organization.



Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service experience to all callers on behalf of the Barnsley team.
  • Offering clerical support to all staff, including producing letters and other paperwork, creating invoices, minuting meetings, and providing recruitment assistance.
  • Managing an internal database, including uploading new referrals and other relevant documentation.
  • Producing accurate statistics and reports.
  • Receiving and recording all incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office stationery stocks.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:



  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • The ability to input and maintain accurate data records.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to produce business correspondence to a high standard.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Experience in minute taking.
  • GCSE Grade 'C' or equivalent in English and Maths.
