About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work across various departments within our Sheffield office, contributing to the day-to-day running of the office, client interactions, and event organization. We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to provide administrative support services to the office, effectively collaborating with departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the office, including welcoming guests, handling post, and supporting scanning and printing requirements.
- Provide exceptional client service via telephone and in-person interactions, demonstrating professionalism, approachability, and engagement.
- Support lawyers with administrative tasks, such as opening and closing files, organizing files, billing procedures, and scheduling appointments.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and a flexible, professional approach to work, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to fee earners and clients.
- Display proficiency in IT skills, particularly with case management systems and Microsoft packages.
