About the Role

As an Administrator at Humankind, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service on a day-to-day basis. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring the smooth flow of clinical and administrative procedures, and providing a welcoming face to our clients and visitors.

About You

We are looking for an individual with previous administration or healthcare experience, who possesses excellent organisational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with computerised recording systems, databases, and software such as Excel and Access would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including answering inquiries, coordinating meetings, and taking minutes.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of clinical and administrative procedures, including data management and record-keeping.
  • Provide a welcoming face to our clients and visitors, and be the first point of contact for our service.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed.
