Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking rail, flights, hotels, and restaurants
  • Collate and process all leadership expenses, maintaining accurate records
  • Act as gatekeeper for all incoming communications, responding to emails and re-directing as necessary
  • Organize events, meetings, and conferences with precision and attention to detail
