As an Administrative Support Professional in our legal services department, you will play a vital role in supporting the Legal Services Director in achieving compliance with legislation and court deadlines.

You will assist the Legal Services Director in the day-to-day administration of the legal services department, including the administration of civil and criminal matters requiring disclosure. This will involve general administrative duties, such as minuting meetings, diary management, and dealing with post. You will also liaise with external organisations and agencies, including NHS Resolution, Coroners, Local Authorities, and barristers chambers.

In this role, you will facilitate, administer, and process disclosure requests relating to civil and criminal matters, ensuring that requests and responses are logged accurately and consistently. You will review documentation for disclosure requests and redact documentation where necessary. Additionally, you will prepare and check legal documents with accuracy.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be able to work independently to support the workload of the Legal Services Director and complete administration tasks with minimal supervision.
