Disability Case Manager

We are seeking a qualified Healthcare professional to work as a Disability Assessor for Aspect Healthcare, providing a genuine work-life balance in an organisation that supports you to excel in your role.
The successful candidate will work autonomously to assess the cases of individuals applying for a Work Capability Assessment (WCA) as part of the Department for Work and Pensions' (DWP) Health Assessment and Advisory Services (HAAS). This will involve holding consultations and writing fair and accurate reports.

- A competitive salary of £39,500 per annum, plus benefits including 21 days annual leave (increasing to 25 from January 2025), 8 bank holidays, hybrid working, protected CPD time, and great opportunities for development and progression within PFAS
- Use your clinical experience to work with people who have a diverse range of health conditions, to gain a clear understanding of how their challenges and disabilities affect their daily life
- You will interpret medical evidence and gather findings into a comprehensive report, to support the decision-making process by the DWP
Requirements:
- NMC/HCPC registration is required; we can only accept applications from Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, and Occupational Therapists
- At least 1 year's broad post-registration experience and UK experience is essential
- Proactive, keen to learn, and receptive to feedback
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to work autonomously and IT competency
